We identify you to your health provider systems via "patient portal" credentials you have with them, enabling us to download your data from them on your behalf.

Instead of the hours spent manually entering data, your staff can immediately use and build upon the data. Those hours can be put back to use improving care, working directly with students, or finding other ways to boost productivity and reduce costs.
STORE
Your data is stored securely in our cloud-based system, enabling access from most internet devices. We also connect you and your children, so that you only need one login account to access the records for your entire family.

CHIKARA?
Chikara is a Japanese word meaning “power” or “strength”. We want to give you the power over your own health records, to control, share, and use them more effectively.
OUR VISION
The digital health record revolution started over two decades ago. The promise of the digitization of records was that we, as individuals, would be able to take our complete health record with us everywhere we go. Most records are now digital, and smartphones are nearly universal in the US. So, why hasn’t this promise been realized?
A simple answer is that the government hasn’t mandated it, and nobody has found a business model that makes it worthwhile. We aim to change this.
As a startup, we can’t change this all at once, but we have identified a starting point with enough value to be the seed of this dramatic change. Our simple goal is to make parents’ lives easier by giving them tools to manage tasks that they already have to do regularly, but in a way that reduces stress, required time, and the potential for errors.
The idea is to work with schools to provide a system for the collection, digitization and organization of required health documents, such as immunization records, physical examination reports, and allergies. However, instead of just handing over custody of this data to the schools, we want to store a copy for the parents. It’s a simple idea. Just keep a copy of everything you’re already passing along. That way, the next time you need it you have it. You don’t have to go through your files or back to the doctor, you just send it securely from your phone.
